An early-stage firm built on senior practitioners. Recent engagements include the discovery and solution design for a multi-language Agentforce for Service rollout at a global data and analytics organisation.

Discovery, requirements gathering, service process design, AI agent use case definition, solution architecture support, and operational workflow mapping.

Partner contribution to the design of a Salesforce Agentforce chatbot deployed across four country websites (UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and four languages. The engagement covered three integrated agent scenarios and the operational model behind them.

  • Discovery workshops. Facilitated cross-functional sessions to align CX, marketing, and CRM stakeholders on goals, success criteria, and target operating model.
  • Requirements gathering. Captured business rules, escalation paths, agent guardrails, multi-language coverage, and GDPR-aware consent flows.
  • Service process design. Mapped end-to-end customer journeys across knowledge deflection, case escalation, and lead generation, including human handover points.
  • AI agent use case definition. Defined topics, intents, classification rules, and conversation flows for the agent's role within Service Cloud.
  • Solution architecture support. Architected the Agentforce + Data Cloud + Knowledge stack using the Agentforce Data Library, with retrieval-augmented generation grounded in 150+ Knowledge articles.
  • Operational workflow mapping. Designed case-creation flows, duplicate handling, assignment-rule integration, CSAT capture, and post-interaction logging into Service Cloud.
  • Agent monitoring and operational insight. Implemented agent monitoring using Salesforce Agent Analytics out-of-the-box metrics, providing post go-live visibility into agent performance, deflection rates, escalation patterns, and operational health.
